40 DAY NUTRITION PLAN

March 9th - April 17th 2022

Using a nutritional plan, put together specifically for this process by Ena Xena an embodied nutritional expert and a lovely friend, we will go through a 40 day process of cleansing our energetic systems. Purifying and aligning our bodies. Working in the manner which serves you best, the process will deepen according to where you are, including initiating a morning cleanse, heavy metal detox, adrenal snacks, clearing the lymphatic system and coming finally into a full body detox before a final period of fasting. Every step of the process will be guided for you.

Ena has been working in the alternative health industry for over a decade now. She is an experienced massage therapist, yoga and shamanic movement teacher, life coach, and Human Design guide. In the beginning of 2021 Ena was diagnosed with stage 1 cervical cancer. She took an alternative approach to healing, using the Medical Medium information and energy practices, and got clear results in just 2 months! Now, a year later, she is still cancer free and an advocate for healing and thriving with nature’s gifts: fruits, vegetables and herbs.

Overall Nutrition Program

In a nutshell, this 40 day journey is priming you to up-level your lifestyle and well-being, be truly present with your body and breath, and accept what is. This is your chance to revise your ways, and see if you can adopt some new habits that suit you better.

Gradually adding cleansing foods and juices to your daily regime, and simultaneously removing the troublemaker foods, assures for an easy, gentle detox which is important so you can be able to carry out your daily duties with ease.

If you notice some uncomfortable detox symptoms (like headaches, rashes, pains and aches etc) you can always introduce more cooked veg, especially potatoes, and drink plenty of lemon water. Celery juice and cucumber juice are also very beneficial as they are really hydrating.

Doing this alongside a silence and meditation practice is priceless as you get to witness yourself and be present to the changes your body is going through daily. Expect getting rid of cravings, unproductive behaviour, habits that no longer serve you, more clarity of mind, more energy, and emotional intelligence.


3 CORE CLEANSES

Morning Cleanse

When we bombard our liver with the wrong food and liquid choices every morning, we unknowingly take away our liver’s critical morning routine of ridding toxins. We compromise the very essence of our health and well-being. Our liver, other organs, lymphatic system, and bloodstream cannot cleanse or detox the troublemakers they’re trying to discard when we don’t let them.

Consuming radical fats such as bacon, eggs, milk, cheese, butter, yogurt, bone broth, avocado, chocolate, cacao nibs, nuts, nut milk, nut butters, and seeds in the morning—even mid-morning or late morning—thickens our blood just when our body is trying to complete its morning cleansing routine, and that means the blood becomes dirty with suspended toxins that can’t leave the bloodstream. On top of which, we’re often chronically dehydrated. When the liquids we consume are coffee, matcha tea, black tea, or energy drinks, that dehydrates us more, which further thickens the blood.

On the other hand, every morning we want to work with our body by getting properly hydrated and keeping out radical fats, so we guide ourselves toward healing. That’s the purpose of the Morning Cleanse.

Heavy Metals Detox

Much as we may not want to believe it, we all have toxic heavy metals inside of our bodies. Mercury, aluminium, copper, lead, nickel, cadmium, barium, arsenic, and toxic calcium accumulate in different areas of different organs. The two most popular places that they gather are the brain and the liver.

Toxic heavy metals carry a disruptive charge that interferes with the electricity that travels through your brain. Neurotransmitter chemicals are meant to use the electrical neural highway there to carry information and life force to every cell in your brain. When toxic heavy metals are present, though, electrical impulses weaken as they hit these deposits. Electrical activity becomes diffused, and that leads to a host of symptoms and conditions that can develop over a lifetime.

Brain fog, memory issues, confusion, anxiety, and depression are just a few. Toxic heavy metals in the brain can also lead to Alzheimer’s disease, dementia, amyotrophic lateral sclerosis (ALS), Parkinson’s disease, and even diagnoses such as bipolar disorder, mania, and schizophrenia.

Lymphatic Cleanse

As you progress in the program and deepen the presence and silence in your life, so does the cleansing deepen, allowing the body to release more of what it no longer needs.

This lymphatic cleanse is going to take juicing and what you thought possible to a whole new level.

The goal here is elimination and freeing all pathways of elimination in the body. You will achieve this by hydrating the body at cellular level. So juicing is a key tool/food to help us on the way.

Fruits and vegetables and their juices are full with vitamins, minerals, and a lot of other essential nutrients needed for optimum health. It’s the juices held within the fibre of the fruits and veggies that feed the body by nourishing every cell and helping to flush waste from the lymphatic system and the liver.

As you progress from level 1 to level 2, or from level 2 to level 3 on the lymphatic cleanse, you will see a huge difference.

What You Will Need

Here are the basic kitchen tools you will need for this program:

Blender

Juicer

(if you don’t yet own a juicer, consider buying one – a juicer is a medical device – it will be one of the best investments in yourself and your health)

Food processor (might be useful for some recipes but not absolutely necessary)

lemon/lime squeezer (can use a fork is preferred)

Nut milk bag (optional if you don’t have a juicer and decide to blend your celery, then you can squeeze it through the nut milk bag to obtain the clear juice you want to be drinking).

SOUND IMMERSIONS

DAYS 1 - 10

Here is your sound immersion for Days 1-10. What we are trying to do through this cleanse is use sacred sound, intervals, voice and chant as tools for purifying the energetic bodies, balancing the physical body and putting us in the right place so that we can come into deep and active presence - silence that is merged with all things.

I would recommend finding a daily rhythm that works for you you. This first piece is 11 minutes long and I would immerse yourself in the experience at least once a day. You can absorb these sounds either in a seated position or lying down. At the end of the sound we will come into a silent listening practice for 20 minutes (all these times will extend as we go along, but lets start gently). Allow yourself to hear all the sounds within you and without, every murmur, every click, every breath, imagine yourself sinking into the experience - there are times when we will fly off into our thoughts or into a transcendent high - thats ok, just lovingly bring yourself back to presence bringing yourself into a place where you are one with all that is.

We have 40 days to deepen and extend this challenging and very rich practice - go gently, it is not easy to sit silently with all that is - being here now. You may wish to journal your experience, this can be quite beneficial as a guide to your journey looking back x
