Question
“I am an avid cyclist so do quite a bit of high energy exercise. Would the nutritional side of things still be ok for supporting that?
I guess the main things that would be important to me there would be protein for muscle repair and the right carbs to replace glycogen stores.”
Answer
The muscles need high quality glucose, like from critical clean carbs: fruits, potatoes, sweet potatoes and squashes, raw honey and dates. Protein is mostly made of fats and the deeper cleansing in the second half of the program aims at making it easy on the liver so it can rejuvenate.

“I definitely need some guidance nutritionally. I’ve been through a few years of stress and anxiety and although undiagnosed believe I have PTSD, so my body needs really nurturing and nourishing”

The great thing is that the cause of anxiety and PTSD, as well as many other mental illnesses (like memory loss, ADHD, dementia, Alzcheimers, autism etc) are heavy metals. How can I make this work with a busy lifestyle (work, kids, etc.)?
Answer
If you’re going to work regularly and have no time to cook and prepare your meals during the week, here are a few tips that might help you to take part of the cleansing and nutrition benefits during your purification journey regardless.
1. In the morning you can get up earlier and prepare not just your celery juice, but also some more juices that you want take with you to work in jars or bottles.
If your morning is tight, the alternative is to juice your celery and some more juice in the evening. Keep them in the fridge overnight, then drink your celery juice in the morning and take the other juice with you to work for your mid morning and mid afternoon snack. Ideally use a flask that can keep the juice cold during the day.
2. At the weekend you can take a few hours and prepare the cooked healthy meals from the recipes you like in bulk, so you can enjoy healthy meals during the week. Store 2-3 meals in the fridge for the next few days, and the rest put in the freezer.
Then you can have simple fresh veggies like tomatoes, cucumbers, lettuce to take alongside your cooked meals in boxes for a more enjoyable and wholesome meal if that’s what you prefer.
3. Even if you don’t pre-prepare anything for you at work, you can still protect your kidneys by packing some adrenal snacks (date + apple + celery stick) with you to snack between meal times.

How does celery juice benefit me? Does it help cravings?
Answer
Celery juice provides sodium cluster salts to your cells and organs in order to help bind onto toxins, poisons, and pathogens and eliminate them out of the body. Celery juice also helps you maximize the benefits of the Heavy Metal Detox Smoothie.
Celery juice kills viruses and bacteria, which cause many digestive conditions, plus celery juice is critical for neurons and brain function. It also puts valuable, productive sodium into your bloodstream to keep you stable.

It’s not only the heavy metal deposits themselves that can be a problem. Toxic heavy metals also oxidize (picture rusting metal), releasing a discharge of heavy metal by-product, which can travel to adjacent brain cells and affect more neurons, causing additional or worsened symptoms throughout the years.
Heavy metals also interact with each other, becoming something more troublesome than what they already are when they stand alone. For example, when mercury and aluminium cross paths and touch each other, a highly toxic reaction occurs and they can both oxidize more rapidly. The result is a discharge causing neurological symptoms such as tremors, twitching, depression, anxiety, seizures, weak limbs, and memory loss.

How are neurological symptoms related to heavy metal deposits in the body?
The Epstein-Barr virus, of which there are over 60 varieties, is a common one inside almost everyone. Here’s why that’s significant when it comes to the need to detox heavy metals: EBV has the ability to feed on toxic heavy metals in the body and then release a much more potent form of those metals as viral byproduct. Many toxic heavy metals sit inside the liver, which is also a popular place for viruses to reside. There, the heavy metals become an easy source of food for the viruses to continually feed on, and then release their poisons. These neurotoxins that viruses (such as EBV) expel after feeding on toxic heavy metals (such as mercury) create so many of the symptoms that sufferers of autoimmune disease experience.

How are skin conditions related to heavy metals in the body?

The Heavy Metal Detox Cleanse is critical for anyone struggling with eczema, psoriasis, vitiligo, or any similar skin condition.
Eczema and psoriasis are signs of someone dealing with an elevation of toxic copper inside the liver, where EBV is also present and feeding on the heavy metal, in this case creating an internal dermatoxin that medical research and science are unaware exists, let alone is involved in these conditions. If the toxic heavy metals in the brain that are causing any of these symptoms and conditions aren’t removed and dealt with, toxic heavy metal accumulation and oxidation can lead to more serious issues: memory problems, dementia, Alzheimer’s, or near- crippling OCD or schizophrenia.

How easy is it to reach and release the heavy metals in my body?
Answer
Not all toxic heavy metals in the body are difficult to reach. Some may be in the kidneys, so once they’re dislodged from the kidneys’ inside linings, they don’t have far to travel to leave the body; we immediately urinate them out. It may take only one ingredient out of the five to completely dislodge these toxic heavy metals.
Some toxic heavy metals are going to be in similarly easy-to-reach spots such as the small intestinal tract; it may only take two of the five ingredients to collect them and then carry them out safely all the way past the rectum through the elimination process.
Some toxic heavy metals are in spots in the brain that are fairly accessible—you may only need three of the five ingredients to ensure that those metals are removed completely and travel the distance successfully.
Then there are situations where toxic heavy metals have reached deeper tissue in areas of the brain and core of the liver and it’s going to take four or all five ingredients to safely remove them from your body.
