NUTRITION PLAN - DAYS 11-20
Deepening our cleanse
In the next 10 days as we keep releasing the “no foods”, we continue doing the Morning Cleanse, and as breakfast we include the Heavy Metals Detox Smoothie. So, water, celery juice, water and 30 minutes after your second water you consume your Heavy metal Detox Smoothie.
We will also start making use of special adrenal snacks which will protect the adrenals and help with energy levels throughout the day.
HEAVY METAL DETOX SMOOTHIE
Organic Ingredients:
2 bananas
2 cups wild blueberries
1 cup cilantro / coriander
1 cup orange juice
1 tsp barley grass juice powder
1 tsp spirulina
1 small handful of Atlantic dulse
Optional: water or coconut water or fresh orange juice to blend
Directions
In a high speed blender, blend all ingredients until smooth. If a thinner consistency is desired, add up to 1 cup of water. Enjoy!
If you don’t like the taste of spirulina and barley grass juice powder in your smoothie, you can take them in capsule form.

You can find wild blueberries frozen in Ocado, or the freezer section of your local health food store.
You can also use 2 tblsp of wild blueberry powder instead of frozen wild blueberries. Check out your options from Vimergy or Amazon.
For the dulse, it’s best to use the flakes. There’s a great Irish brand you can check out on Amazon or simply check your local food store for what they have.
ADRENAL SNACKS
These are best enjoyed between meals, as a mid-morning and mid-afternoon snacks.
By eating a nourishing snack or meal every one and a half to two hours that contains the right balance of the glucose, sodium and potassium your body needs, you can prevent the blood sugar dips that force your adrenals to fill in and release adrenaline. In turn, you save your adrenals, and also your liver and pancreas and prevent corrosive, toxic adrenaline from causing you more problems.
You can choose any of the combinations below. The apple, celery and dates one is an all-time favourite, and quite easy to pack on the go.
